Teams compete for top honors in two categories: people’s choice and KCBS. The extensive judging process ensures that only the best BBQ takes home the prize. The competition brings the heat, ensuring it is Lincoln’s #1 summer event. Also, as an attendee, you get to VOTE—yep, no matter your age or experience, you get to vote!
